1.1. General Principle

The frankincense and incense products offered for sale at Buhurju are consumables that are used directly by burning and touching the scented intimate area. Due to these characteristics, they are closed to return and exchange processes. Our decision is not merely a logistical choice; it is based on the nature of the product's use and hygiene-quality responsibility.

1.2. Product Nature and Irrevocability

All products in the Buhurju collection undergo irreversible changes in hygiene and aroma when the packaging is opened, burned or come into contact even for a short time.

Any product that has been used, burned or unpacked will not be returned.

Delivered products will not be forwarded to another buyer, even if the contents are intact.

No exchange request is accepted, even for a different type of product.

This approach aims to protect both product security and user privacy.

1.3. Cancellation of Order During Preparation

For orders for which the payment process has been completed but the shipment preparation has not yet started; If the user submits the cancellation request in writing (info@buhurju.com), evaluation can be made.

Cancellation or change is not possible for orders that have entered the preparation stage (if the products have been taken to the packaging line or started the shipping process).

1.4. Post-Delivery Feedback and Technical Review

If the delivered product has an obvious physical defect caused by production or a technical defect that prevents its use, the user may apply to info@buhurju.com with a photograph and written explanation.

This notification will be reviewed within the scope of after-sales support; however, it does not guarantee a return/exchange.

When the technical evaluation is completed, the result will be communicated to you in writing.

1.5. Information and User Responsibility

Buhurju clearly provides product descriptions, storage conditions and instructions for use on its website and packaging labels prior to ordering.

For this reason; dissatisfaction with flavor expectation or product structure is not accepted as a reason for return.
