Distance Selling
1.1. Definition and Scope
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the distance sales relationship established between the user (“Buyer”) and the orders placed electronically (website, mobile application, etc.) through the Buhurju (“Seller”) website.
This contract applies to all orders made by the Buyer in an environment where the Buyer is not physically present. The sales transaction enters into force upon completion of the order and confirmation of the payment process.
This contract covers the following elements:
Type, quantity and price of the ordered product
Delivery method and time
Payment method
Rights and responsibilities of the Buyer
Seller's obligations
1.2. Establishment and Commencement of the Contract
When the Buyer confirms his order and completes the payment process;
It is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this contract.
After payment confirmation, the order is processed and the product preparation process begins.
From this moment on, the contract is valid and binding between the parties.
1.3. Right of Withdrawal and Exception
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for frankincense and incense products that have been unpacked, burned or subjected to use for hygiene and health reasons.
The right of withdrawal for Buhurju products is only valid under the following conditions:
If the product has never been physically opened, used and the packaging is intact,
If the Buyer has submitted a written request for cancellation before the product transportation process is completed.
This exception is applied in consideration of hygiene, flavor quality and health responsibility due to the nature of the product.
1.4. Cancellation Requests and Process
The buyer may request cancellation in writing until the preparation stage (packaging or cargo preparation) after confirming the order.
Orders that have entered the preparation stage or have been delivered to the cargo cannot be canceled or modified.
Cancellation requests are accepted only by e-mail sent to info@buhurju.com requests made by telephone or other channels are not considered valid.
1.5. Dispute Status and Application Authorities
In disputes that may arise between the parties, the Buyer has the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where the Buyer's residence is located.
Buhurju undertakes to seek settlement first and to maintain written communication with the Buyer.
