Delivery & Shipping

1.1. Order Preparation
Each order created through Buhurju is entered into the system to be prepared within one (1) business day at the latest following the confirmation of the payment transaction. The order preparation process consists of the following stages:

Product and quantity control,

Confirmation of content integrity,

Labeling and final quality control,

Providing appropriate transport protection according to the form and fragility of the product,

Preparation of shipping documents and their inclusion in the cargo package.

The preparation period is completed within a standard time frame depending on the order content and product type. In case of extraordinary circumstances (system failures, technical interventions, public holidays, etc.), the aforementioned period may be updated; in this case, the Buyer shall be informed immediately.

1.2. Delivery Process and Deadline Interval
The Product will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days according to the operational calendar to be delivered to the Buyer after the cargo company has received it (“deadline”). Deadline time;

Distribution frequency and infrastructure status of the region where the recipient is located,

Regional density of the shipping company,

Subject to change due to external factors such as weather conditions or force majeure.

Buhurju does not directly control the shipment process, but will fully share shipment tracking information with the Buyer and provide guidance in case of delays.

1.3. Packaging and Physical Protection Measures
All products are packed according to the following principles to avoid damage during transportation:

Solid form products: Protective interlayers and fixed placement,

Orders containing more than one product: Products are positioned so that they do not come into contact with each other and in-box balancing is ensured.

The packaging materials used are recyclable as far as possible.

1.4. Transportation Process and Limits of Responsibility
Buhurju carries out the shipment within the framework of the agreement with the cargo company; however, the cargo company is responsible for damage, loss or delays after cargo delivery.

From the moment the product is delivered to the carrier, the responsibility passes to the cargo.

The buyer can monitor the shipment instantly with the cargo tracking number sent to him.

Buhurju informs in case of delays; it has no direct intervention authority.

In case of damaged delivery, photographs and written explanation shall be requested from the Buyer; the necessary procedure shall be initiated together with the cargo company.

1.5. Completion of Delivery and Ready for Use
Delivered products;

The packaging is intact,

Content integrity is intact and

It is expected to arrive with the presentation layout preserved.

If a technical or physical incompatibility is detected after delivery, the Buyer is recommended to apply in writing to info@buhurju.com. Notifications made are recorded for process improvements and do not constitute a guarantee of return or exchange.
